Richcards Academy Hosts Chef Perez
On Monday, October 30th, Richcards Career Academy High School hosted an exciting Chef Council event featuring the talented Chef Rafael Perez. Chef Perez took center stage, demonstrating the art of preparing a delicious Alfredo Pasta Primavera. The event drew 40 students in class and 3 additional classes virtually.
With hands-on guidance from Chef Instructor Clemente Frye and Chef Perez, the students actively participated in the pasta-making process, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of crafting this classic dish. The highlight of the event was the opportunity for students to learn a recipe that is served in their own cafeterias, making the Chef Council gathering a memorable and educational experience for all.
